These items are all created once they have been ordered, so they will take a few days to create. Some will take longer than others.

 

 

ORDERING

To order an item, please send an email to twogirlsonehook@gmail.com. Please include the type of item, the color, your address, and which shipping option you would like to use.  Once we have recieved your email, we will send an email confirmation back to you detailing what you bought, how much the total price will be, approximately how long the item will take, and the paypal account to where you'll send the payment. 

 

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship via USPS using regular ground mail. 

 

Types of shipping: 

Standard Shipping (1-3 weeks - creation of item is included along with the shipping time - time varies depending on the item). 

3 Day Shipping (Again, this includes creation and shipping time - this is not available for larger items such as rugs or blankets. It is also not available for special hats such as the minion or penguin ones. If you're unsure if the item you want is available in 3 day shipping, please feel free to contact us.)

Standard:

Hats/Scarves/Pot Holders: $5.99 for all 50 states except Alaska and Hawaii.

Rugs: $9.99

Blankets: $14.99

 

3 Day Shipping:

PAYMENT METHODS

We only accept payments made through Paypal.

 

 

REFUND/CANCELLATION

We stand behind our items and they are sent in the perfect condition. Please email me within 7 days of reciept if you feel unhappy with your purchase, and I will be happy to work something out with you whether it be refunding you or making you a new piece. 

 

If you want to cancel, you must do it within 24 hours of ordering. These orders are custom made, so I get started on them as soon as I recieve the order.
